- Year 2000 Project Manager Certification
The Personality Game is a fun way to learn about personality types and their
unique - and often quirky - attributes. Provides insight into improving team-work and
increasing productivity with a company. This program is adapted for use in corporate
environments, based on the work of Dr. Jose Stevens
(a psychotherapist with over 20 years' experience in personal growth counseling and author
of The Personality Puzzle and others).
Power Path Seminars include many of The Personality
Game components.
Power Path Seminars is a series of workshops created by Pivotal
Resources Inc. Workshops in this series have been presented in
the United States, Canada, Peru, Venezuela, United Kingdom, Iceland,
Finland, Egypt, Japan, Mexico and Russia.

This program was originally designed as a "do it yourself" re-engineering
program for small to mid-sized companies. Using the latest techniques of motivation and
incentives, a company learns how to unleash the Hidden Treasure of Productivity
that already exists within their company.
Filled with step-by-step instructions, this program is customized for each client, to
maximize the results and minimize the costs. Included is a simple-to-administer test to
establish the areas with the highest productivity rewards.

(POST) for several years.
The official Sexual Harassment and Discrimination
program was developed specifically for California law enforcement agencies Offered in workshop format for
Command Level personnel, Train-the-Trainer or at the client's site. Initially designed as
a 2-day intensive program that covered sexual harassment, hostile environment, male/female
communication, ethnic discrimination and religious discrimination.
Provides extensive tips on preventing problems and minimizing
organizational liability as well as extensive investigation techniques.

This training program was based on the very successful program designed for law enforcement agencies in
California. Offered in workshop format for Executives, Train-the-Trainer, or in-house
staff. Initially designed as a 2-day intensive program that covers hostile environment,
male/female communication, and extensive prevention techniques. The program can be
customized for each organization's needs. Provides extensive tips on preventing
problems, as well as extensive investigation techniques.
