The symposium will be at the Best Western Corte Madera Inn, Corte Madera, California (same as the last AMT conference)

Costs

Symposium 1999 � $250. $200 if paid before March 1, 1999
One day only � $125. Choose Saturday or Sunday
Friday evening only � $25.00 (may be applied to full conference fee)

Meals and hotel charges are not included in the conference fee.
